The Sherman Community and the Reflections Committee owes a huge round of applause to all the parents and staff who performed for the students during “Arts Week”. The children were thrilled by and loved the live performances.

Very special thanks goes to:

“The Delta Shuffle” Blues Band featuring parents Craig Stearns, Steve Hurst and Bruce Mandelbaum with special appearance by Kelly McGovern.

Sherman intern, Naomi Taylor for sharing with her students her hip hop talents.

Mr. Joe Holmes, granddad to Peter Meehan (2R), for his extraordinary swing/ jazz piano and recorder performance.

Mr. G and Mr. Wakeman who played old favorites on guitar and harmonica.

Brian Dolzani, guitarist and father to Elliot (2M), for his original compositions from his newest CD. Brian will be performing at The Fairfield Theatre Co. on December 11th. (Be sure to contact the Fairfieldtheatre.com for tickets.)

Keri O’Connor, mother of Tess (1S) who mesmerized the crowd singing Disney tunes.
